The technique is basically about placing your popping mostly lighter/shimmery shades at the middle of your eyeball and darker opposite colour shades at the corners and inners of your eye.The whole effect makes your eyes look rounder and big.More to it if you are adventurous, you can use the same technique on your lower lid and create a spotlight effect.This brings light to the center of the eyes, making them pop and appear wider.Blending as usual is the most important step for getting that cleared haloed eyes.
